Cool chain integrity
All flowers leave our hub at 2–4°C and travel in temperature-logged vehicles. We share temperature logs on request.
Auction-grade packing
Stems are sleeved, hydrated and boxed in standard Royal FloraHolland boxes. Pot plants ship in trolleys or sleeve-wrapped trays.
Full transport liability
We carry the risk during transit. Below-grade arrivals are credited or replaced, typically within 24 hours.
